When car had trouble, the mechanics went out of their way to discover what the problem was. Financial services department was very good. Good location, great selection on new and used vehicles.

The customer service here is great. I never felt like I was being pressured at all by the salespeople, and they have competitive prices. I came in with my 1992 Civic and they offered me about $500 more than Carmax was. Trading it in for a Tbird was solid, and they even had free coffee on the way out.
