I purchased my 2005 Focus ZX4 when it was 5 years old. It has been the best car that I have ever owned so far. Drive-ability is incredible and easy. The size is perfect for when you need to park in a small space, but while inside, you do not feel like you're being squished and you are comfortable on long drives. Being the ZX4 package, it does have good 'get up and go' ability. I do wish it would have included an AUX port on the dash to make it easy to listen to music through an iPod or smart phone, but the radio and CD player worked fantastic. For a stock sound system, it did a great job. The passenger side window did stop working when trying to control from that side. You can still roll it down by using the controls on the driver's side, but it can become an annoyance for passengers.

New king of Hot Hatches.
This car is nothing short of amazing. Performance wise not much matches up to it. With 350 hp and 350 ft. lb. torque this car is a rocket. Although that's not even the best part! This car handles like a dream. It takes turns with ease and asks for more. Interior quality is top notch for a 35k car. Power recur seats hug you very well. And keep you in place Sound and infotainment are decent but could be better. But its not why you bought this car. Ride quality is surprisingly good compared to the other cars in its class. I have driven both the Lancer Evo and Wrx STI. This car tops both for daily driving. It not as harsh as the others and definitive gives a lot more on bumps. Gas is decent but if you're worried about mpgs buy a Prius. Last but not least. drift mode! Sending most of the power to the rear wheels on a all wheel car is amazing. It still requires decent effort to break the tires loose. but it allows the car to have a lot more rear bias on a front heavy car. You also receive a free track day at the ford academy as long as you're will to take a trip out to Utah to learn how to drive this car on the track. Dealers are marking this car up greatly because of demand. Some are going 10k plus over MSRP.
