I love the classic lines of the body. I find it aesthetically pleasing. Although it has good lines, it is solid in most respects. It hugs the road and feels impervious to high winds and passing semis. It is sufficiently comfortable and has enough amenities to make it good for a road trip. It is sturdy and durable and has been reliable for 18 years. Fuel economy is satisfactory, though probably not as good as newer vehicles.

Multiuse
This car is great for all around use. It gets decent gas mileage for its size so it isn't the worst commuter car from its generation. It has a sturdy engine that makes getting around in a flash much easier. With the third row seat option and second row flat fold option, you are able to do just about anything in the vehicle. Drive to work, camp over night with second and third rows flat and an air mattress in the back, or get to your favorite place with the sturdy frame that handles any roads.

Great car!
This car is spacious and not cramped at all, which I prefer. It also has a big trunk. We have loaded it with huge storage bins, and we didn’t have to use a truck to do that. I also like the gray leather seats that I have, and the speakers sound great listening to my music while driving. I have had no engine trouble considering the amount of miles it already has on. I drive 30 minutes to work everyday, and it just works as a great everyday car. It runs smoothly and accelerates fast. I never had a problem with rattling or oil leaks. Never had a problem with transmission either. It runs great even with the topography we have i.e. hills and dips. It hasn’t stalled on me, although there was one time when I had a problem with the fuel line. But I would attribute that to normal wear and tear. My only real con is that it has low mpg compared to compact cars so not really fuel efficient, but I am willing to compromise. As it is a big car, it has a big turn radius. It is definitely safer to drive than smaller compact cars. As mine is an older model, it does not have the bells and whistles that newer cars have, i.e. screen, phone to car connection, etc., but I would consider getting a newer model of the Ford Taurus any day.
