Extremely content
I love the full size of vehicle and the extra space. With the removable third row, the hatchback area has more than enough room for my family (two adults and two children) to pack out for a road trip and still have enough room for our 160-pound dog. The entertainment package is adequate, and the trim package is nice. The package included two in-headrest DVD players for the rear seat passengers, but the players are finicky, and the wireless headphones do not work. We upgraded to all-weather mats though, which should be standard on all SUVs and trucks, in my opinion. Gas mileage was actually surprising, compared to the truck I traded in. Sunroof and moon roof get used daily.

Necessary but unnecessary
The towing capacity was necessary at the time of purchase. We had a camper and we have two large dogs, which ride in a trailer we pull when we go see family. Now, we do not have the camper. I love the vehicle, but the price, cost to maintain/repair because bigger vehicles have more wear-and-tear, gas mileage for a family who drives quite a bit - I find it is unnecessary for us to have anymore. It feels solid when you get in it and it's super comfortable. But it does have quite a bit of creaks/squeaks when you go over bumps, even slowly. The cloth seats do not wear well. The printing on the A/C buttons has worn off, revealing rainbow colored buttons. The knobs on the rear air fall off all of the time - and that's a common occurrence because when we were shopping for this vehicle, most of them were missing the knobs completely. It drives great though. I love driving it. It makes me feel good just sitting in it and especially being higher up, it makes me feel safer.
