I loved the variety of cars. I felt they were fair with their pricing. When I went in there, I felt welcomed and had a great customer service experience. The only down side was, I got into a bad loan situation but that is my own fault for not doing proper research on Santander. I would of liked to test drive other cars and maybe been shown cheaper cars but at the time I was uneducated and desperate to get rid of the csr nickeling and diming me.
