Hits most of your needs
This car met my expectations. I was not looking for anything flashy, but wanted something dependable. This did not mean I was willing to sacrifice features though. The car comes with a number of features I wanted such as a back-up camera and Bluetooth audio system. It does not have advanced features like heated seats or dual climate control. Overall, it met my needs. The gas mileage is solid, averaging over 30 miles per gallon. There is also an option to switch to and from a more efficient mode. When getting on a highway, I like the better pickup of the lower efficiency mode. Once I'm on the highway, or for city driving, I like to keep it in the more efficient gas mode. The trunk on the car is roomy enough that my family of 4 has been able to take a road trip and have plenty of space. We have two kids, and they fit fine in the back with their car seats. I have had adult in the back, and they are comfortable enough, though I'm sure my 6"6' friend might've wanted more leg room. My main complaints are that the car is very noisy on the highway. I would like a quieter car, as it can make conversation taxing. The paint has also chipped in a few places, likely from small rocks or something. A strong paint finish might've helped with this. Overall, I would recommend for anyone who wants a dependable car at a reasonable price.

Great car for value
This car has great gas mileage and has very rarely broken down. The inside of it isn't anything amazing but it works fine as long as you aren't into a bunch of options and great looking stuff. It has been a very steady car for us overall and it has worked much better than any other car we have owned. We have driven it over 170k miles and it has worked well the entire time without having any major breakdowns.

I knew what I wanted before going and I called ahead. When I got there the guy that said he would meet with me wasn't there so another gentleman helped me out. He found the car I was talking about and let me test drive it right away. I loved the car. He went over what was done to it and how it barely had been used. I wanted it and the internet price that I saw it at was 3,000$ cheaper than the sticker price so they didn't hassle me with it. I left an hour or so later. It was fast and I got what I wanted. It was a certified pre-owned which is what I was looking for.

This dealership is the worst! I actually wrote this Yelp review for it back in 2013:
Why did I give it 1 star? Because I couldn't give it zero!
If you value traits like honesty and integrity, then I suggest you find another dealership. I guess I was naive. I assumed smiling salesman Isaiah would be genuine and up-front about the condition of the car I bought. I even thought that when I discovered these issues within the next few days, he and Lindsay Honda would be willing to fix these things because it would be the right thing to do.
I was very surprised when Isaiah brushed off these "purely cosmetic" issues. Front bumper popping out? I clearly did not do this the day after purchasing the car, but apparently they wash their hands of you once you leave the lot. When I tried to talk to them about the issues, Isaiah and his supervisor merely stayed quiet and attempted to walk away without any sort of compromise. If they weren't going to take car of it, they should have at least given me a discount on parts or labor. However, despite their emphasis on "Do we have your business?" During the sales part, afterwards they have no interest in retaining it.
Clearly Lindsay Honda operates in a pre-Internet era where I will only tell my immediate acquaintances about my bad experience, not Yelp, Facebook, etc. I will not be taking my car back to be serviced. The gas to get to Roush Honda in Westerville will be worth it.

The buying experience was easy and fast. I knew what I wanted going in. I called ahead and they sat the car I was looking at online aside for a test drive. After the test drive, we talked about the price and went on about my business. Easy car buying experience. The final process of signing all the paperwork was kind of a hassle. They threatened me that they would expect the car back if the payment didn't go through over and over. My wife and I were a little pissed about this because we knew that wasn't the case but they kept reminding us. Friendliness isn't their strong point.

This dealership is great because they have a large selection of used cars. The salesmen are very professional and nice. They understood that I was a first time buyer and they helped me out a lot. They didn't try and take advantage of my naivety. They don't seem to push you into buying something like so many other dealerships do.

They've always had a great service department. Unfortunately, they moved out to the suburbs, but they've always had a good guarantee, and done good work at a good price. I only wish they were still downtown, because they were much more convenient to my life when they were.
