Best family vehicle I've ever owned!
After owning several SUV's and trying to find the best overall fit for our family of five (with three children under the age of three), it wasn't easy to find one that could accommodate three car seats, a stroller, and other items needed for a regular outing without having to unsafely place these items in with our precious cargo. We owned a Suburban. It was too large and was poor on gas making it difficult financially to plan any longer trips. We thought about an Expedition, but it was too hard to access the back seat and left no room for a stroller in the back, let alone groceries or other items we'd need. The Dodge Journey is absolutely a joke when trying to use the third row seating and when the third row was used, it left maybe 10-13" of "trunk space" so definitely not stroller friendly. Then we found the Honda Pilot, plenty of space in all three rows! Even adults can fit comfortable in the third row, plenty of space for most strollers and even the center row was wide enough to fit all third car seats side by side! It's so family friendly with the DVD player and middle seat access to change the volume to the audio jacks, etc. It gets great MPG for its size, has only ever required very minor repairs, and is truly one of the nicest, smoothest rides I've had. I plan to be a Honda Pilot customer for years to come!

Usable, not great
I like that we have three rows of seats, so we can transport more people. Lots of space. The last row can be put down, so we can transport goods in it. We use it a lot for tools. I like that it is a nice family vehicle. The design is OK, nice silver color, and good tires. I don't like how sensitive it is. There is always something a little wrong with it. Either the window doesn't open or the window does or the check engine cones on and goes away. It seems way too sensitive.

Klein Honda In Everett
2011 Honda 865
Being a woman, I found it difficult to walk into any dealerships and not think that I had a target on me. However, everyone at Klein Honda was really respectful and didn't make me feel weird. I hate getting my car fixed because of this! Later in the week, I took my husband back with me and he got along well with the salesmen too. We weren't pressured. . . it was great!
