It was a pretty simple process. I need to buy a car fast and they were happy and willing to help. Never got to salesy or tried to upsell me something I couldn't afford. My sales rep was a good guy and I was happy to work with him. Was in and out in about 3 hours.

Social dynamic. If you're feeling like waiting with others around then you can be in the main part. But, if you're feeling like just sitting there quiet then the designated lounge are is nice too (plus, that's the one that has drinks).
