I have been pleased
I have owned this car for over 5 years and have really enjoyed it. I love having the feel of an SUV and sport vehicle, without the high gas prices that go along with it. I also really enjoy the overall look of the car and how large it is, as I have to drive children around very frequently. The interior of the car is very nice and has wood trim throughout and cream seats. The stereo system is not as advanced as what is available on the market today, as it is a 2009, but it does have a cod player and the capability to connect iphones, iPods or things of the like to listen to in the car. This car is currently at over 100,000 miles and I have never had any serious issues of any kind with it, except for the gas tank lever malfunctioning. Apparently, this model of car is known for having and issue with the gas lever function and malfunctions in regard to the wiring typically at some point during the usage of the vehicle. Outside of that issue, I have really never had to have anything repaired on the car or replaced yet and never had to use the 100,000 warranty that all Hyundai's automatically come with when you buy them brand new.

Better than anticipated
The Hyundai Santa Fe exceeded my somewhat average expectations. Although the test drive gave me a good feel for the car, enough to convince me to buy it, the more I drove it, the better I felt. The electric multi-adjustable leather heated seats are comfy, giving the driver a commanding view of the road. The ride is the right combination of firmness and control, while giving occupants a quiet, smooth, luxurious ride. The six-cylinder engine revs quietly, easily pushing the vehicle up to speed without stress. The interior is nicely laid out, with all controls at your fingertips. The built-in navigational system works great. The CD/DVD player is a nice feature. The third-row seating comes in handy when carrying more than five, seating and extra two small adults or children with ease. There's plenty of headroom even with the sliding moonroof. Legroom is generous for both front and back seat occupants. Fold the 60/40 split back seats down and the Santa Fe becomes a real cargo hauler. MPG has been a nice surprise, despite the 5000+ lbs. wt. and the full-time all-wheel drive.

I didn't have the best credit and was concerned about being able to get a car. Lee worked hard on my behalf to help me get a loan.
