Great personal service. This applies both when I bought the car and after. When I bought the car, I wasn't pressured into anything, and the salesman (Matt) allowed me time to think about my purchase, without chasing after me, trying to convince me to buy the car. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that he (seemed to be) honest with me, he told me that the sticker price is as low as it is going to get (some cars salesmen have told me that "I'm getting a special lower price" for whatever reason).
