They were willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle purchased. I was also able to get great deals due to time the vehicle had spent on the lot when I purchased my Dodge Durango. I am very frugal when it comes to buying cars, so getting a good deal is something that's very important to me. The staff was also very friendly.
