This vehicle is high quality and a comfortable ride. At almost 30,000 miles in two years, we spend a lot of time in the vehicle and it has held up to our cross state trekking. It can be a good commuter car but also a good long distance traveler that fits multiple people comfortably. It comfortably fits 5 people for a small trip, though I would not want 5 people in the car going a long distance. 2-3 people and luggage works well for longer distances. Such a perfect car that I can't wait to turn it in to get a newer model year version when my lease expires.

I love my Jeep!
With the older Jeep Cherokee, five speeds one of the only dislikes is that it is not the quietest of rides and conversing with ye mate sometimes a bit difficult or you have to turn up the stereo volume. One of the many things me like about the Jeep is the ease of the 4x4 controls are easy to engage whilst driving and disengage as well. This is UberX brill when it is snowy out. For years I dreamed of owning one, besides the fact me fancy a manual transmission over auto any day. The power and functionality of a Jeep surpasses all. Power , if ye want to feel like a monster on the road, an off-road Jeep is only way to go. Moving a sofa or packing up to go for a campout, the space to sit year mates up to five or drop the back seat down and load up the dogs for a day out.

Very bad experience with the vehicle performance.
The Jeep is very nice in the interior and very smooth when it runs properly. However the computer that ran the car was terrible and within days the car began to malfunction. It would misfire and when I took it into the jeep shop they said they could not fix the vehicle because the computer did not register any misfiring. I went on a road test with the mechanic so that he could see the misfiring and they said they would give me new plugs. Within days the misfiring began again, and again the mechanics at the Jeep dealer said they couldn't do anything because the car's computer did not register anything wrong. So I had to live with constant misfiring while driving. At 70,000 miles the transmission began to kick out while driving the vehicle. The engine did not die but the transmission would act as if I had shifted into neutral and when I took it to the shop they again reported to be that the vehicle did not register any errors on its computer so they didn't know how to fix the vehicle. This vehicle had a faulty computer obviously and the shop would not replace it even though it was bought new and under warranty.
