First it was the customer service. They treat you real well and explain everything in detail. They do not push you to buy a vehicle. They show me what they paid for each vehicle and let you make an offer. They are willing to negotiate and will give you good deals. I didn't even last 30 minutes negotiating, they got down to the point.
