I purchased my 2002 KIA Rio brand new and was able to finance it and have it paid off in five years with low monthly payments. It was extremely low priced, but the quality was very good considering the price point. While not very powerful, it had great mileage. Enough space for what I needed to carry and did not feel cramped though it is a compact vehicle. Would recommend to anyone who wants a decent car at a very good price.
