Great for the typical SUV category
It has been a reliable car and most things are still working. The satellite radio died on me in six months and it was $400-$1,000 to fix. Even though I have pretty bad tires, it has been quite good in snow but poor in rain. The leather has been very good in the seats, but the steering wheel needed a cover. There are also some sounds that will not go away from the oil pan starting up. But the repair costs I have incurred from 80k-115k hasn't been worth getting something more expensive (like a Ford Edge).

Fantastic CUV for the money!
I absolutely love my 2016 Kia Sorento. I've owned nothing but Kia vehicles for my time of driving, and I can say that I absolutely love Kia. The customer service has always been fantastic when I've contacted them. As for the Sorento, I can't believe the quality that Kia put into this CUV. The value of the vehicle for what you pay; it just can't be beat. The cabin is so quiet; the ride is so smooth. You'd really be shocked at how well Kia does with their vehicles nowadays. People who ride in my Sorento are amazed each and every time. The seats are comfortable, the styling is fantastic; everything is just simple and easy to use. I don't regret my purchase one bit. I think it's the best bang for your buck on the market today. The performance of the car is plenty for the four cylinder that I have. Some people say it's not "up-to-par," but it gets the job done just as well as any other vehicle. The one last major thing I can say about the Sorento is the gas mileage. I think for how big the vehicle is, it gets fantastic gas mileage. I used to own a Kia Soul, and it's on par with the Soul that I had owned in this department. Crazy how a much bigger vehicle can be on-par in gas efficiency with a much smaller one!

Looked appealing at first due to their large selection, but ended up not being "great" at all. Ripped us off and caused us a lot of legal issues. Salespeople were friendly but pushy, unwilling to negotiate, and rushed me to sign papers without reading by saying that we'd kept them after close. Found out later that they charged me over $2000 for something they said was included, and charged me about $8000 more than the car was worth.

I went there originally because a friend's uncle worked there and my intention was to look at a Camaro. We quickly figured out it was out of my price range and instead spent a couple hours reviewing and test driving multiple cars until we settled on one that I like and could afford at a reasonable cost.
