Surprised how much I Love it.
I own a blue 2014 KIA Soul Plus. When I first saw the adds for this car during the Superbowl a few years back, I absolutely hated it. I referred to it as the "ugly box hamster" car. I was shopping for a car, and it was definitely not my first choice. But the price was right, and the mileage was great. It seemed to drive well, so I figured why not. I am glad to say I have been pleasantly surprised and love my car more and more each day. I have even mentioned to others that my next car may be another Kia Soul.

My Kia Soul
I purchased my Kia Soul when I was looking to downgrade to a car with a lower monthly payment while still performing well in inclement weather. After my first test drive, I felt the Kia Soul was perfect for my needs. The car is very solid and secure. I do not feel that I am in a flimsy, cheaply built car. The Kia Soul feels more solidly built than my previous, more expensive car. The car currently has 36,000 miles on it, and there have been no major issues. At times, it does seem like the car struggles at acceleration but nothing that would warrant a service call. The interior is roomy and comfortable. My guests often comment about how big it is in the interior. I love how I feel like I am sitting up higher than past cars I have had. The car is fun to drive. Also, it has great fuel economy that I take advantage of and use the ECO button constantly. I absolutely love the fact that the Kia Soul's radio can sync with my cell phone. I used the hands-free calling, frequently but more so, I listen to audiobooks that I have downloaded onto my phone. In previous cars, I have had to keep track of cords or CDs to access my audiobooks. With the Kia Soul, all I have to do is sync my phone to the car radio via Bluetooth and I can listen to my audiobooks. This is a great feature for people with longer commutes or on car trips.

I love my Kia Soul which has been a very dependable and cute car!
I own a 2012 Kia Soul and it was my first time purchasing a Kia. I loved the 10-year/100,000-mile warranty. I have driven over 100,000 miles and have had no interior rattles, or major work needed besides replacing the tires. I like that the trunk can expand to fit extra by lowering the seats down. There is plenty of space for taller passengers in the interior even though it is a small car. Included is a backup camera which is great to assist with parking. Another parking perk is the fact that the rear view mirrors can fold in so I can squeeze into very small parking spots. I received a free trial for satellite radio which I still use and love. I have Bluetooth capabilities so phone calls can be hands free. There were some things I disliked about my purchase though. When I first purchased the vehicle though my mileage was not what was advertised. But, Kia implemented a reimbursement program so every six months to a year I report my mileage and received a gift card to make up the mileage in actual money. I can use that feature for the life of my vehicle and I was impressed that the company tried to make things right with their customers. Now the mileage seems to have regulated and is more reasonable and I fill up once a week usually for my usual commute. Another thing that I noted was the fact that it takes me a bit longer to gain speed when merging onto the highway and there is a blind spot that I mostly notice on the left rear and a bit on the right rear also. The last negative was that although there was a tire repair kit included there was no spare tire. I subsequently purchased a spare since I often take long drives in my vehicle.

1)Very professional parts staff
2) At parts store then always give you a print of the part on paper with pictures and stuff to make sure you get the right part before ordering it.
3)I go to the parts, get the print out of the part picture and location and then I go online and see if I can get it cheaper. I just want to make sure I got the right thing before mail ordering it.
4) Treated with respect and dignity at the parts department, never felt that I was did wrong there at all. Never.
5) Parts there don't cost more there and they actually work. I bought a $15 relay from AutoZone that turned out to be worse than the one I was replacing. I went to Kia dealership and same price of $15, I got a tip-top working relay.

The sales staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to let you look around on your own, something I haven't seen at any other dealership. The Staff are always willing to take you to look at other cars, even if they are at another dealership in the Jim Click/Holmes Tuttle dealer network. Low pressure sales, and the salesman I worked with has kept in contact after over a year, making sure I am completely satisfied.

The car dealer was okay. The salesperson ripped us off and lied to us about being approved for a lease, let us drive it off the lot and called us back the next day telling us we had to buy it at a higher price.

The purchase experience was nice. I found the car I wanted and fell in love with it. I had to wait quite a while at the dealership, but they were nice. My car broke down that day so I needed to get into another vehicle immediately.
