This was my first car and it has lasted me six years now, hoping to keep it two more years and, according to my mechanic, it can make it to 20 years easily. It has 200,000+ miles and has required minimal maintenance, even with 600 mile round trips occurring every 3 months for 4 years during college. This year was the first time I ever put more than $500 into a repair. Previous owners reported the same thing. It is such a strong, sturdy car and when you buy an older Lexus you don't pay a crazy amount for them.

Great purchase for first-time car owners

My Lexus ES 300 was my very first car purchase. It was a perfect size sedan. The quality of the car was good for how many miles that it had on it. It was clean still and took me front point A to B just fine.
