The have a great waiting area that offers a full free coffee bar and the people that work there are autistic so it helps the community
The dealership offers free loaner cars when your car is in the shop.
They have good competitive pricing and will work with you and getting you a good price.
They offer Saturday hours for maint which makes it easier to get the car serviced.

I have been using Nalley Lexus Smyrna since 2012 when I purchased my IS250. I've always received great service. They are very fast and are always happy to put me in a loaner if they are going to need my car all day or for multiple day repairs.
