The sales guy was very honest and didn't use pressure tactics. They also worked with me on a trade and came down off the asking price. I felt at ease buying a car there because we expected the usual sales pitch and pressure to buy. They didn't take long to do the appraisal on the trade in and overall I think it was a good deal for everyone. I went in pre-approved so we didn't have to dance around on the financing which helped them get the deal done.

I researched the inventory online before I went to the dealership and saw the vehicle I wanted. I called CarMax and gave them all the information they needed. By the time I got to the dealership they had my paperwork ready and even took me on a test drive. I enjoyed the no hassle, no frills approach to buying my SUV.
