They were very efficient and friendly. They didn't act like con artists, they were completely upfront about all payments and whatnot. There was little to no haggling involved in the price to walk out the door. The dealership had their inventory online so I was able to browse in advance and decide what vehicle I was interested in and the price I would be paying. The dealership was also prompt in going through the paperwork and financing once I made my decision to purchase the vehicle.
