Whenever my Fiance (now husband) and I were looking to trade in his jeep for a good deal on a Mazda, the gentleman who helped us was extremely professional, courteous, and full of great answers to our questions. This was our first car purchase since being together, and the process from start to finish was positive. We looked at a CarMax nearby but did not like the dealers super pushy approach. Town North Mazda asked the right questions to us before making a car suggestion.

They let me test drive the car without any trouble.
The entire process was very quick and easy.
I get my first oil change and tune up for free at the dealership.
They didn't pester me like other dealerships.
