Pretty good car for the price.
This car has been good to me the past several years. The tires have lasted 55,000 miles so far although I will need to replace them soon. The Mazda also gets really good gas mileage, sometimes higher than rated. When driving conservatively on the highway, I've gotten up to 50 MPG on a trip. It is a small car, but the front is relatively comfortable for average sized adults. The backseat can be quite cramped for adults. I would not recommend if you use your back seat a lot! The battery in the key fob has died once already which seems unreasonably early, however that is an easy fix. I like the exterior styling...it is sleek and slim. I also enjoy having the gear shaft on the middle console instead of the steering shaft.

Best handle of any car I've driven
While it's been many years since I have driven a 2009 Mazda 3, my experience owning one was of regular and heightened joy. The car was a dream to drive in how quick and ergonomic it felt. It was suitably compact and handled so well while maintaining a good amount of power and space in the cabin.
