I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes here. The salesperson was great. I told him what I wanted in a car and to my surprise they had "the" car on their lot. The purchase process was painless and they even facilitated getting out of state plates for the car. The car had a vibration and after a day in the shop, it was fixed! The following day, the salesperson called to follow up on the performance of the car. They really went the extra mile for us!
