Durable, good car.
What I like about the vehicle is the durability, acceleration speeds and the gas mileage the most. I've had this car since 2007 and it hasn't ever broken down on me. KNOCK ON WOOD. It has survived 3 accidents, a flat tire, and it's chugging along. It has over 145,000 miles on it as well. in addition to the durability, everyone knows the G6 is a very quick car. It accelerates fairly quickly, and that of course, is anyone who owns a G6's favorite things. I also liked the miles per gallon it got. I average 25 MPG, and that's mostly off the highway. It's great! I usually only have to fill up about twice a month, which is amazing. My old car didn't even get 20 MPG. When I drove my car down from MICHIGAN to FLORIDA, I only filled up I think three times. Now that is insane. Strictly all highway miles. It was great! Mind you that was over 1200 miles and it cost me under $250 to get down here in gas. I didn't like the body parts though, the underneath plastic wasn't as durable as I would like as well as the grill, and the paint job wasn't up to par and definitely could be better! Overall a good car.

Great bang for the buck
I have owned a few GM cars prior to settling on the Pontiac G6. The car drives great and is very reliable for its price range. The engine is strong and quite powerful for the small size of the car. The car has great get up and go. Passing is a breeze in this car. My car has well over 150,000 miles and has only had minor problems. Other than the usual brakes/tires/headlights I've only had to replace the blower motor resistor, which was a fairly easy fix. Like most gm inline 6 motors from this era it does burn a little bit of oil, but only about a quart of oil per oil change, which isn't bad at all. The car still has great gas mileage. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and about 22 in the city. The trunk is surprisingly big. My car is the base model so the seats aren't as comfortable as perhaps the GT model with leather seats but I have no qualms about the car. I plan on driving the car until it dies. One thing I like about base models is there is a lot less to break down over time, and after driving the car for 10 years it still drives just as good as day one. The car isn't as attractive as it once was with over 13 years on the road so if you are vain you probably aren't looking in this price range. Furthermore if you have a teenager looking for a cheap reliable used car I'd go out of my way to recommend the Pontiac G6.

I like GM cars and the salesman at Art Moran were very reasonable, friendly, and helpful. My family has bought cars from Art Moran for approximately 15 years and they have always helped us pick the right vehicles and with any problems we have had with the vehicles. They gave us reasonable prices when we traded in our old vehicles and was always honest with us.

I wouldn't say this dealership was 'the best'. I went there because they had a car I wanted, not because I liked them. They were okay, though. Decent service, decent people, the car seems decent (bought it used). It was alright overall.
