Great vehicle, but a little out of date
The 2004 Saturn Vue, with stick shift, is a solid vehicle that can handle nearly all driving conditions. From the pavement to mountain passes, this car will get you where you need to go without suffering breakdowns that other cars might experience.

The vehicle is a solid buy.
I like the build and design of the vehicle. It is cool looking and very roomy with lots of space for the kids and their stuff. The vehicle is pretty cheap on gas, is very comfortable and rides super smooth. I also like the fact that the exterior plastic is dent-proof, because my kids are always hitting it in the driveway with their bikes and stuff.

I have mixed feelings.
I bought my Saturn Vue new in 2003. I love how economical it is as far as gas mileage and cost at the pump are concerned. It is a fun car too. I love the sunroof and use it often. But I fear that the transmission may be starting to fail, as it has for so many other Saturn owners. This vehicle has an automatic variable transmission, and they have been known to cause problems. I think I am starting to notice some of these problems myself. Also, just normal wear and tear but my rear view mirror wont stay put, my hatch back door won't stay in the up position, and my steering squeals, because apparently, you can't add power steering fluid.

I think what made this dealership so appealing to me is their customer service. Everybody was so friendly, energetic, charming, and informative. I had no problem talking with these people like I've known them my whole life. They all had big smiles and were happy to service the people at the dealership. Which goes to show, friendliness can go along way in the business and personal world.

I thought this dealership was great because they worked with us. I don't have the best credit, but they came up with a plan that we can afford. When we went to other places they tried to get us the cheapest car for are budget with out asking about our needs. Cerritos toke the time to let us look at the car we wanted.
