Rugged & Economical
The Subaru out performs most other vehicles in its class, and I am very happy that I choose this brand. It is built to last much longer than other similar vehicles as long as you keep it maintained. The ride is smooth and quiet. I have not had any problems with the electronic systems throughout the car. The style is pleasing and comfortable in spite of the fact that it is shorter than most SUV's. I often buy and sell antiques, and I have found that I can often move very large pieces of furniture in this vehicle even though it is shorter than usual. You just have to fold the back seats down and put the front passenger in a "lounge" position. Then you can slide in taller pieces pretty easily. The car is also good on gas mileage and has nice features like a very large sunroof. It really is bigger than many other vehicles. The only drawback is that I live in a rural area and must travel a couple of hours to get to a dealership. I have to use the local guys for oil changes and minor repairs, because it is such a long trip. But I think that I am the only one in my community that owns a Subaru, and I like standing apart from the crowd.
