Honest and fair. Salespersons have a greater interest in getting you in the right car than in selling you whatever they have. They will push for a sale but not in a way that makes someone uncomfortable. The salesperson I worked with did not waste time selling the vehicles, he just let me drive them and get an experience for myself.

They did not pressure me at all and allowed me to test drive the car by myself so I could focus rather than having to talk to a salesperson.
