Amazing Little SUV
I bought my Suzuki Grand Vitara used from it's original owner 5 years ago. It has been an awesome little SUV for me. It handles all the obstacles of mountain living just like the bigger SUV's do but without the high cost of gas. It's just small enough to park in the small spaces here in this little village and yet it holds a ton of stuff. I love that it has plenty of head room and you can push the drivers seat way back. It also has a nice ride even on the bumpy mountain roads. If I had to say one thing I don't like about it I guess it would be that the back seat doesn't have much leg room, but for a single gal that doesn't bother me much. It is quiet on the road and does great in the snow. I especially love the fact that the back gate opens to the side rather than up. I've been hit on the head one too many times by an upward opening gate. I can haul everything I need and if I needed more space then the back seats fold down. I haven't needed more space yet! I would recommend this car to anyone unless they have teenage kids that would need to ride in the back.

Engine Troubles
This vehicle has just been a nightmare to own. It seemed so appealing at first. The third row seating, four wheel drive, as well as the price. But you really get what you pay for. After buying it the car it immediately just died. I have spent around 9,000 in repairs. In the 18 months I have owned it, it has spent more time in the shop than on the road.
