This car seemed pretty straight forward when we bought it but has had many large and costly break downs. The radiator is too small to handle the engine and so we blew a piston and destroyed the engine after owning it for roughly 1.5 Years. After a brand new engine with 0 miles it took about another 1.5 Years for the new engine to blow its head gasket. Terrible engine. The other major problem was the exhaust. I'm more than certain they used Bob's discount welding the put the exhaust on these things. Lets just say it has some nice custom patch work all along the entire pipe... I would not recommend any Toyota older then a 95' and hope someone wants to eventually buy this hunk of turd.

This is the most dependable and durable 4X4 truck I have ever owned. It is great on gas mileage, and I haven't had any problems with it yet. I have had it 6 years, and with routine oil changes, this 4Runner still runs like new. It is fun to drive, and very comfortable. There is plenty of room behind the seats for any sort of item I can carry. Plus the seats pull back to give me even more room. My sunroof is a great plus, and since it is a 4Runner I can take it up to the mountains, beach, inner city, and the gas mileage is really affordable. It came with all the amenities as air conditioner, cruise control, and sits 5 very comfortably. It hugs the curves, and is always a comfortable ride. I truly enjoy this vehicle. I recommend Toyota 4Runners to anyone.
