I thought they they did a good job with the negotiations. They didn't make us go back and forth for hours. We got in and out of the dealership really fast. The finance guy did good. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff that we didn't need. Our salesman was pretty good, too.

The dealership in Irving, TX Toyota was great because they always treated me like when you treat someone when you invite them to your home. Even the waiting process they would tell us to get free coffee every time I came over and then always someone from Toyota to help out with your car experience.

The dealership was fine enough. I don't actually have anything to compare it to as it was my first time purchasing alone. I was also just in a hurry, I needed a card asap and the cheapest thing they had on the lot and that's what I walked away with. I did want something cheaper, but time was of the essence.
