I was in and out in less than 5 hours. I know what I wanted, I knew the price I wanted and there was not much drama. I made sure to state my price or they won't get my offer. I expected what I wanted and they finally accepted after a few hours of talk with their bosses. I signed the paperwork and left with my new car.

They always provide great service. The prices are reasonable. The mechanics do a great job. They guarantee their work. They are always able to answer any questions that I may have. They will call to check up on my car, if it's been awhile since I have been in for service. They always remind me when it's time to service my vehicle.
