Unreliable and Gangly
The car looks fine. There's nothing special about it in the positive or in the negative. The actual comfort level is one of the big problems. The doors are giant. It's a 4-door car, but the front doors are big enough to be a 2-door. It doesn't matter how well you pull into the parking space, your front door *will* hit the car next to you when you open it. It is also so low to the ground that you practically have to lay down to get out.
The trunk is large and roomy, however. I figure I could fit two large or three small bodies in it.
The car also has a giant blind spot. You can't turn your head well enough to see what's in it. It makes me very nervous as I'm changing lanes. I'm glad I do a good job of keeping track of other cars around me.
It has had a few recalls for the electronics in the car. That is a pain in the butt, but at least they're getting fixed.
The gas mileage is fantastic. I get about 30 miles to the gallon--which is helpful, because I have a long daily commute.

Best little care you could own!
The Toyota Corolla is a great little car for those of us who love small, but affordable cars. It's hard to find affordable small cars, so the Corolla is a great choice. Because it's somewhat small, it's fantastic on gas! However, it's not so small that it isn't nice and roomy up front, in the back, and in the trunk. It's quiet, speeds up quickly, and has great handling. This car is great in all weather conditions and can really plow though snow! It heats up quickly, so there's no waiting in the cold in winter mornings. It also cools down quickly, so you don't have to roast in the summer.

Really love my car!
One of the things I most enjoy about my car is the fuel efficiency. I initially lived in NY when I purchased the car - and gas can get really expensive there. But while my friends were spending $40+ to fill their tanks, I would be able to fill mine for around $25 most trips to the gas station. Now that I live in NC - there's more mileage typically - but with the Eco mode and lower gas prices, I definitely get more bang for my bucks. With regards to the design, the silhouette is gorgeous. My car is black so after a nice wash, it's a sight to see. The backup camera is also a nice perk. It makes parking and reversing in general a breeze. The Bluetooth sync is a nice safety feature as well. It's illegal to drive with a handheld device in NY so that saved me tons on tickets! Also, the ride is extremely smooth and the cabin is very, very quiet. The interior is beautiful and the wheels are gorgeous. It really is a beautifully designed, efficient vehicle.
