Good
I have had this car for quite a long time. It has been pretty reliable over the years and has gotten me from point a to point b without any car ending problems. Since it has gone through so much use it now has several problem in the interior that make general comfort an issue now. Many of the electronics do not work properly anymore. The cd player has stopped functioning entirely, but the radio still works ok. Some of the display on the radio such as the temperature no longer function. The overall interior is pretty worn. The engine has had one sever problem with the belt, but it lasted a while driving on the bad belt, and then the fix wasn't super expensive or anything. The handling is pretty good for what it is. It doesn't get up to very high speeds, but isn't really very slow. The outer paint is now pretty worn but it does look pretty good. It has lasted longer than some other types of cars so the price was very good. It is not a very exciting car, but it does work.

Good car overall
This is a great vehicle and the second highlander that we have purchased. I would probably purchase another one but will have to look in to the mechanics a little more. We have enjoyed the amount of space that it has and knowing that it is going to keep running. I love that this car has a metal "belt" so there is no need to replace the timing belt. It has a horrible 3rd row seat that there is no way to get to but to climb over the seat. I hope that this has been fixed in newer models. Something like a split seat would be fantastic so that you can get in without looking like a fool. It has vents in the 3rd row as well, which is good, but it would be awesome if it had vents in the ceiling so that you can position them for the 2nd row. That would be especially handy for people who have an infant so they can make sure that they are not boiling hot in the car. Having a couple more usb plugs or ways to charge in the car would also be great. Our sun roof gave out and the only way to fix that costs $4000 and just not worth it. That would be another area for them to look at changing so that they aren't using cheap pieces that will break after 10 years of use. I really like the car but things like the windows are something that would keep me from thinking about buying another one.

Camelback Toyota Phoenix
2015 Toyota 886
We felt at home with this particular dealer, especially compared to another Toyota dealership we had visited the week before. The dealer rep was not pushy and willing to negotiate with us for a long time.

They had foreign made cars and a fair reputation on their online reviews, especially with certified pre-owned vehicles.
