The best vehicle I have ever owned
I have the Toyota RAV 4 LXT. It has a sun roof and a automatic lift on the back hatch. I feel like it is a quality-made vehicle. I have owned other types of vehicles like a Hyundai, GMC as well as a Ford. I always come back to a Toyota. All the Toyota vehicles I have ever owned never needed repairs. The RAV has a tight handling as far as the steering and maneuvering on the road. The road noise is very little. I love the sun roof, and it is well organized on the inside. It is very comfortable on long road trips. I am a teacher, and as such, I transport a lot of things to school and home. It is easy to get in and out of and will carry a lot of cargo. I also have arthritis and have a hard time getting in and out of many vehicles. The RAV 4 is at a height that is totally comfortable to get in and out of. I love it. As far as what I don't like, well there is just one thing. I don't care for the shape of the front of the RAV 4. It has a nose shape that I would change if I could. That, however, is not enough of a reason to not like it overall.

Excellent compact SUV.
The Toyota Rav4 is an excellent vehicle for my needs. During my research for a new vehicle, the RAV4 had good crash test ratings with decent fuel economy. At time of purchase that was a big concern due to gas prices. The options to have a sport mode with an ECO mode for the automatic transmission also was a plus given my occasional lead foot. I can typically get an average of 23 MPG with a fair combination of city and highway driving. Another pro would be the abundance of cargo space. I have come to the need to move some furniture. After putting the rear row down, I was able to fit a 6ft shelf easily with 2 end tables. The seats are comfortable as well which makes road trips nice. A major con would be the infotainment system which lags all the time as well as the fee to have the updated map for the navigation system. The voice recognition is not something to be desired given the fact it understands only a few words. Using the assistant on my phone with a phone mount connected to the car VIA Bluetooth is the way to go.
