Best car I've ever owned
I've owned a LOT of cars in the past 10 years. I've had over 7 cars during that time, so that gives you an idea of how picky I am about cars. My 2014 Toyota Rav4 is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I am a larger person, so comfort is key - and the Rav4 delivers. The seats are roomy and comfortable and make driving long distances a breeze. I'm at about 25,000 miles now and other than oil changes the car hasn't needed any repairs, it doesn't make any odd noises and it still performs like the first day I bought it. The trunk is spacious and the seats have the functionality in the back to fold down completely, allowing me to haul larger items. The car looks sleek on the outside, the new re-design of the car made it look a thousand times better than it used to. I have the AWD model and it made it through the NJ snow with ease. I never had to worry about going to work in a storm because I felt safe and trusted my Rav4's AWD performance. When you hit a patch of ice the brakes automatically kick in to try and stop you before the car gets out of control. I don't really have many cons for this vehicle, except for maybe blind spots, but since most SUVs have these I don't really consider it an issue. I am extremely happy with my Rav 4 and I will never buy another model car again!

Very reliable car
I found the car to be reliable and fuel efficient. My husband and I used this car to move from MA to FL and did the drive up and down the coast several times. There is a deceivingly large amount of space in the back, we were able to fit all of our major belongings in the back on the first trip down. The car is excellent on fuel efficiency too, it was getting up to 28 mpg even with it full of our stuff. We've had no major problems with the car and recently rolled over to 100,000 miles on it. We do currently have a problem with the transmission, it shifts strangely from 2nd to 3rd gear. Did a transmission flush which has helped, but it is still having some problems. We were told that the transmission is one piece so you can't replace just one part of it. If it persists, we're looking at having to replace the entire transmission which will be pricey. This didn't happen until we hit 98000 miles or so, otherwise the car has been great.

They worked with me when other dealerships did not. Also, they have been wonderful every time I have taken my car in for routine maintenance.
