A safe, fun to drive family vehicle.
Our family loves our Toyota Sienna. It is a safe, fun-to-drive family car which we have owned for almost two years. Since I am a mom who does not work out of the home, I am constantly running errands and driving my children and their friends. It is essential that I have a safe and reliable vehicle for this purpose.

Very happy with this van
I love my van. I am very happy with the pick up that it has. I love the features including a back-up camera. My kids seems to be very happy with the leg room in the back of the van. I would have liked a darker color for the interior, but it was all the dealership had at the time. I also think that Toyotas in general are a pretty expensive brand to buy, and this was my first Toyota, but so far, it has been worth it. The air conditioning works great and seems to be able to get to the entire van with no problem. I get good gas mileage for it being a van. We travel a lot, so good gas mileage is very important. I am in the market for a bike rack for the back of the van but haven't been able to find one that will be easy to put on and off with the shape of the back of the van. I do wish this van had a back-up alarm, so that when I got too close to objects while backing up, it would ding with an alarm. All in all, I would definitely buy this van again, because the pros outweigh the cons.

The salesmen were friendly and very receptive to my requests and needs. I was on a very specific budget and also knew what I wanted to pay for the car. I had some bad experiences with other dealerships (not listening to what I was looking for, pushing a much higher budget and telling me "not to worry about it"). The salesman at Fitzgerald sat down and took the time to talk to me and understand what I was looking for. This made me comfortable and led to an enjoyable experience.

I loved our car buying experience with Carmax! The no-haggle pricing makes the process and much less anxiety-inducing then other dealerships. Our sales person was patient while we test drove 4 vehicles. Once we decided which one we wanted, the purchasing process took less then an hour! We are very happy with our purchase and will buy from them again!
