Practical but still fun to drive.
I purchased the car new from our local Toyota dealership. At first, I was not very keen on owning a minivan. However, the Sienna quickly changed my mind. This thing has lots of room. Between my wife and two young daughters, I need every bit of it. This is the first vehicle where I can effortlessly pack for a week-long vacation and transport my family in comfort. It's also a great daily driver to take the kids back-and-forth to school and other activities. From a handling perspective, the gar performs very well. The V6 engine gives it plenty of smooth acceleration when it counts. The Bluetooth audio makes it easy to integrate our smartphone so we can enjoy hands-free calling and wireless music from our phone. The second row captains chairs are very comfortable, as you can slide them back and recline them, providing plenty of legroom—even for a 6ft tall guy like myself. Our Sienna has been extremely reliable, and we plan to keep this as a part of the family for much time to come. If you are looking for a practical, roomy, and reliable family car, I would highly recommend the Sienna.

The swagger wagon for all families
My family drives a Toyota Sienna, and we absolutely love it. There are so many great details about our van. We love that our kids can open and close their doors to get in and out on their own. Another perk is having the DVD player in the back for long road trips, so the kids don't get too bored. There is ample storage space throughout the van. Also, there are so many cup holders. I feel like we always have tons of drinks for some reason, so having 14 cup holders is amazing. The ride is smooth, and we haven't had any issues with our van. The fuel economy is roughly about 18 mpg. I do wish the fuel economy was more like that of a small car, but I know that isn't reasonable for a van like mine. That is really the only negative; otherwise, we absolutely love it and would buy again.

Friendly service, no hassle to get a final price. The dealer did go through standard negotiations but there was no aggressiveness or unwillingness to consider an offer. Was willing to accept a trade-in at a fairly good price. The only reason I didn't purchase a car from this dealer was that my bank's loan didn't go through and I didn't like their financing offer. Will definitely go back once loan is secured.

This is the worst dealership EVER. The sales people are condescending, arrogant, and sexist. Their service is especially dishonest. They sell unnecessary repairs and parts. I took my car in for a recall issue and argued that I didn't need the repair. Several friends have experienced similar issues. The dealership was tolerable when Norma Cheek owned it. AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE.
