Smooth Ride
Love this truck. It took a little getting used to the size, given that our last truck was a Tacoma, but once we did it has been a smooth, great ride. Love the way it handles, the turn radius is amazing for a big truck. We got the 4x4 CrewMax. It is so very spacious on the inside, which is working out wonderfully for us (we have two young kids with large bulky car seats). I wish it got better gas mileage but I knew going into it that gas would be expensive, so clearly that didn't a deter us. The one and only con I can say at this point is that the truck has some issues with the radio. It will go in and out randomly. Haven't been able to find a reason for the problem, and have read about this problem more widespread, so I don't think there is anything that can be done. This does kind of suck, but not the worse thing in the world. Overall I would buy this truck again in a heartbeat.

Excellent, solid truck.
This has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. The only repairs I have done are from basic maintenance. This would include brakes, tires, etc. The interior is built really well and you feel like you're driving a real truck. It does very well in the snow and the mud. The radio has never given me problems. The bed of the truck is the perfect size. The engine provides more than enough power for most situations. I have towed several light boats and have had no issues. There are no blind spots either. The biggest downside is definitely the gas mileage. On the highway I average about 15 miles per gallon. The other downside is that it goes through brakes quite quickly. Also, I have had a couple of oil leaks throughout it's life. The handling could also be a little bit better.

Exceptional truck.
The 2012 Toyota Tundra SR5 Double Cab provides all the perks and power that you would come to expect from Ford, but with the dependability and long lasting durability of a Toyota. One of my favorite aspects of the Tundra is the back up camera location. It's conveniently in the rear view mirror. The huge touch screen display that is standard in many new vehicles isn't present yet, so I can still rely on my traditional radio knobs. The ride is so smooth that you barely feel a bump in the road. There are many stow and go compartments for people like me who have a ton of junk. It was built for the working man with a deep bed.

The salesman's manner was good.
We wanted to use our credit union loan and they canceled the loan they offer and let us use our own. I know it's unusual and we really appreciated it.
I thought they are upset about it. However, when we went back to do some repair they were still friendly and nice.

The service was really good and the staff was really professional. They stocked coffee and donuts for customers. The dealership is located close to my home also. The salesman was amenable to bargaining and gave me a fair price. The dealership is very clean too.
