It wasn't really the best, it was what was available. I needed a used car and I wanted to buy from a reputable place and they had the car I wanted. Good customer service, though, and a very rapid process. I went in Wednesday, they had me approved by Thursday and I picked the car up Friday night.

The customer service was great, he worked with us on finding the model and features we wanted. Also assisted us with service on the other Toyota we owned. Customer service was way better than another area dealership we visited first where we ended up walking about because of the rudeness.
