It is a very reliable car when new. I runs smooth and is inexpensive. It handles well for a compact vehicle and isn't difficult to drive at all.

Good basic vehicle

The Jetta SEL is a solid basic vehicle. It gets me from point A to point B easily. Having a USB port for my phone is helpful, both for charging and for playing music. The turning radius is good and helps with parking. It would be nice to have dual climate control, but that isnÕt essential for the most part.
