My 2009 Volkswagen Jetta has always been a reliable and dependable vehicle. The exterior has held up well in the summer heat of Florida with exception of peeling of clearcoat on one vertical window post. Interior-wise, the dash panel is layed out well and accessing all controls is straightforward. The vehicle has cruise control which is excellent for long highway trips. There is ample headroom and adjustable seats to allow lowering and raising of seat height. The steering wheel tilts to allow adjustment to correspond to seat height adjustments. The rear seats have A/C vents installed in the center console to allow for additional cooling. The leg room could be longer for the rear seat occupants but overall is satisfactory. The headliner needs to be more durable since it is starting to become detached.

Jetta is an OK car.
I have owned a VW Jetta for seven years now; all in all, this is a nice little vehicle. It has reliable transportation with a decent mpg rating.

Their customer service is excellent, they bend to every wish and whenever I bring in the car for a service I'm in and out quickly. I always ask for little favors (i.e. free maintenance, washing my car, replacing wiper blades) and they do those for free as a courtesy. I had been to another VW dealership closer to me and I felt so much pressure to make a decision then and there. I came here and felt great and there was no pressure at all from the salesman I worked with.

This is the second car I bought from this dealership and they really focused on loyalty and made me feel like they appreciated my repeat business. The salesperson was so down to earth and spoke to me like a friend instead of like someone trying to sell me a car. The salesperson was really good at highlighting things he thought I would like. Also, I was able to get a great deal on the car and secure financing without much hassle. The experience was not bad considering the process of buying a car.
