Good selection of pre-owned vehicles that were in good shape and detailed well. Front-line salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and, most importantly, didn't make me feel pressured. Sales manager in the main office was a little pushier regarding "extras." Bottled water was offered to customers - a relief due to the hot Texas sun (even in October). Coffee, tea, hot chocolate also available in the main sales office right next to a comfortable seating area. Biggest negative was the long wait time once deciding to purchase.
