The staff was great. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in. They lowered the cost of the car I was buying. They took care of changing my insurance on a weekend. It was an overall great experience. Since purchasing the car, they've been great with maintenance as well, I've been going back for years. My next car will certainly be a volvo.

They are always very honest and fair with regard to pricing and repairs. Customer service is excellent, and all details are explained clearly. The staff are down to earth. They genuinely care about taking care of your existing Volvo and extending its lifetime, not just selling you a new car. But if you do want to purchase a new (or used) car from them, they are not pushy, but are very helpful.
