You should buy a car that is easy to drive in the snow and ice.
The difficulty of driving in this city depends on the time of day. If you are on your way to work, it can be really frustrating. The traffic signals are not timed to insure good traffic flow. People drive at the same speed in both the left and right lanes so it is impossible to pass if you are going faster than they are (not over the speed limit).From 7:30 to 8:30 am and 2:30 to 6:00 pm, there is a lot of traffic. Weekends are very nice.
Summitview Ave.. It is a very pretty street with a lot of beautiful trees and flowers. There is good traffic flow most of the time.
