Horrible
I originally was in the market for a replacement vehicle after a transmission issue with my previous car and thought that the Jaguar was a nice-looking vehicle that stood out in comparison to all the other cars in my town. That drew my interest enough to go and look at it. I went and gave it a test drive and liked that it was fully loaded and had on board navigation and other interesting features that I didn't have on my previous American made car. The first couple months were pretty good with it, but it started to have all kinds of mechanical issues that warranted getting it looked at. It was after I took it to a mechanic that I realized that the issue with the car was not a minor one but a costly electrical fault ($2000). They told me that the issue was their for months and that most likely the dealers knew about it when they sold it to me. I felt that the dealers were not upfront about the vehicle and have definitely learned a lesson about taking the word of a car salesmen as gospel. The dishonesty made me actively push people away from the dealership anytime someone mentions that they are looking for a car. My previous cars didn't have a "brand name," but they were new, and I never had an issue until I got to 250,000 miles. The experience was so bad that I pushed my father away from the place when he was looking as well and told him to go to a car dealership that I did have a great experience with previously. Also, the cost of repairs was astronomical in comparison to my older vehicle. I wish I had stayed with a non used cheaper car rather than going by looks and name alone.

Jaguars a lot of work
I bought a 2005 Jaguar and its finally gotten to the point where its not even worth fixing. The fuel pump has died like 4 times and there always seems to be an issue. I love the car, but its always broken.

I love this car. It is a luxury vehicle. The engine was covered so nobody could steal it at all. The car came with an alarm on it, and my favorite part was the alarm if you were close to hitting something.
