More than a minivan
This is a great minivan. It really isn't a minivan—it doubles as a truck, and it also doubles as a taxi cab for all of the kids that climb in. We have taken this van several times on road trips greater than 2,000 miles filled to the rim with the gear and passengers and still it was very comfortable. It handles very smoothly, and it is easy to see behind you with the mirrors, even when the van interior is packed. One of the neat things that I happen to enjoy about this van is the very back seat. The third seat actually separates into pieces, so it accommodates a total of three people. You can put just one seat down so you could put something long in there, like we put our soccer chairs in there, and it still leaves a seat design for two people. Incredible engineering and incredible thought went into the stow-and-go seating. It was just fabulous. The one thing that has always bummed me out about the vehicle is the salesman said there was a flashlight on board. I have yet to find that flashlight anywhere in the van. It is kind of a bummer.

Satisfied overall, with a few deficits
I really like the way the van handles, and I like how I don't feel like I'm driving a huge boat. I feel like I'm high enough in my seat to get a full sense of where everything is around me, relative to the van. Some of the other minivans I test drove did not give me the same confidence.
There is nothing wrong with the way the van drives - it is smooth, accelerates well, and turns comfortably. But I do feel like many of the finishes are cheaply done. The cover on the air conditioning vent on the driver's side has fallen off repeatedly, and a plastic piece of the passenger side sliding door has also fallen off several times.

Home on the road
This car has truly been our home on the road, as my job requires my family and I to always be traveling. So far, I have not needed any major repairs done. The car still drives perfectly after 100,000 miles. I have had no mechanical issues with this van. The stereo system is very impressive from the back seats (I am jealous that I am always driving and not able to enjoy it as much). The overall build quality has been great. The interior has held up to our use and abuse very well with nothing broken or falling apart after all our time in the car. There are multiple storage places within this van. There are two dashboard compartments and a large center console. The console can be adjusted forward or backward and has four cup holders on top, which comes very much in handy. There is also a change tray with cup holders underneath the DVD player. The dashboard is very nicely done and is easy to use to change many different features to your preference. This car contains a lot of electronics from the DVD screens to the heated seats and overhead lights. All of these electronics are still working like new.
