Used 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser for Sale

The PT Cruiser has always had a very distinctive style. It is still a head turning car and fun to drive. I very much love the styling, inside and out. When I needed a new car, however, I was hesitant about it at first due to bad luck friends and family members have had with Chrysler and Dodge cars in the past. When I found this car, it was ten years old but looked nearly brand new. Certainly, it was well cared for and loved by its previous owners. I took it for a drive and found that it had the characteristic random noise that I associated with Chrysler/Dodge vehicles, and one rear window didn't open or close. But, it charmed me, and now it's mine.

You would think, for such a compact looking car, that the PT Cruiser would get decent gas mileage. Nope, not at all. This car blows through gas at an incredible rate, even when doing all highway driving. It's hard to justify driving such a small car when you spend so much on gas. The seating is decent on a comfort level, although the head rests seem to be at a slightly bizarre angle. There is plenty of trunk space when you lay down the back seat. If you need to transport strange things like corn stalks, like I did, you won't be disappointed. The interior holds up well. I would recommend cleaning it on a regular basis because it seems to attract dirt like crazy. I haven't had any engine issues. As long as you keep up on the back maintenance, you'll be fine. The car has a lot of pick-up-and-go, which is fun. You'll find it quick to take corners because of how close it is to the ground. This might be a decent care for some, just not for me.
