Ford Explorer Usados en Venta en Wiscasset, ME

I purchased the car three months ago from a local dealer. I was unsure what vehicle I wanted to purchase but test drove the Ford Escape and knew it was perfect for my needs! The experience so far has been hugely positive. The vehicle performs well under pressure, and I just got back from an out of state trip for two days, 2,000 miles and cannot recommend this vehicle enough in terms of performance and comfort.

I feel the Explorer stands out from others in its category, as it rides like an armored tank. I feel incredibly safe in it. The Explorer has the option of a third row in it. As a Mom, this allows me to haul around friends and family to fields trips. It can also convert to cargo space, so I am allowed to put my dog in the car easily. This was an important feature when I started looking at a new family car that was not a van. The ride is very smooth. I live in new England where the roads are bumpy in the winter due to snow and covered in pot holes in the spring. The Explorer has the four-wheel drive with the mud/ruts, drive/snow terrain drive and rain drive. I use this a lot, and it has gotten me out of some dicey situations. The heating system on the Explorer is quick to work. In New England this is also a huge perk where the cold can be biting. Also, as a Mom, my car is constantly being pelted with juice boxes, gold fish, and lots of dog fur. We ( my husband and I) ordered the Weather Tech mats for the Explorer and have been able to keep the car clean! I am impressed with this car. Anything that keeps me and mine safe and I can keep clean on a regular basis, I am a huge fan of.
