My sporty gas saver
I am driving the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. It was not a vehicle that I had planned on getting, however it was available to me when I needed it. There are many things that I like about this vehicle. This vehicle is sporty. A friend of my said, "it looked like a shark" in the front. I get at least one compliment on the vehicle daily. I love the panoramic sunroof. Literally, the entire top of the car is glass. It is awesome! This vehicle is also the only three door vehicle on the market. The driver's side only has one long door and the passenger side has two doors. It is so neat! It is a gas saver. I can fill up for about $22 and that gives me about 420 miles to the tank. Finally, I love a hatchback. It is rounded in such a way that there is actually a lot of room. There are a few aspects of the vehicle that I am not fond of. I would like to vehicle to have more room. It is only a four-seater. The engine is a four cylinder, and I prefer six. This is the main reason that I went with the turbo is because I like speed. The panoramic sunroof is so cool. I just wished it opened further. The vehicle does not have power seats, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Oh well, I knew that going into it.

Gets the job done.
I purchased this vehicle because it gets good gas mileage and looks sharp. I did not like the fact that the vehicle has many blind spots. It also has very little pick up which makes merging onto the expressway tedious. The interior of the vehicle is above average. The electronic features are nice, but they don't work properly most of the time. I also do not like that you have to pay a subscription for continued use of many of the features of the interior. It is a nice car for a single family but would not be utilized for a family vehicle. There are three doors, which is a nice feature, but it's interesting that they chose to place the third door on the passenger side of the car.

Small, quick, and agile
I love how agile this little car seems to be. It's a small car with a ton of maneuverability. Small parking lots and tight spaces aren't an issue at all, as the car needs very little space to turn. Unlike many current cars, it's raised far enough off the ground not to drag, which is important when you travel in some places. This was especially important to me, as I have to cross a gravel road daily - and this car does so with no issue. Despite being small and quiet, it has a deceptive amount of power under the hood. It accelerates quickly when needed, but doesn't guzzle gas during normal driving. It even has an EcoBoost feature to further reduce gas usage - a life saver with current gas prices. The interior is smart looking and a bit unique, and seems to be made of high quality materials. And despite the small profile of the car, the front seats are comfortable and have a ton of room. The back seats are a bit more cramped, so though the car is perfect for one or two people, I wouldn't recommend it for a family. It only has three doors, rather than the typical two or four. This compromise gives easier access to the back seat, while still keeping that compact and sporty feel. This isn't a family car. Like most sports cars, the ride is a bit rough. You can definitely feel the road beneath you.
