2002 Hyundai XG350L at 117,000 miles.
The styling of this car is great. For the price, I have to look twice when a Lincoln goes by, as the styling looks similar. And the cruise control works perfectly, when the transmission is placed in automatic mode. Overall, the interior and exterior have held up well over the years, always sitting outside. A new car should not be a problem. Compared to another car I drive, the XG350L feels cheap. What really got my interest in purchasing this car was the discount offered on this particular car with a $30,000 + price tag, was a ten thousand dollar discount.

Sounds like one happy owner of a very reliable vehicle. I would buy one.
This vehicle was my wife's choice. I told her we were going to purchase a small economy car for her frequent visits to family, about 200 miles away. As we had only been married a short time, I was not so quickly learning her ways. She had to have black, and of course, the salesman showed us the most expensive car on the lot. Being September, the new models were on their way, and the car only had 6 miles on it, with a 10K discount. Then the test drive. The car looked a bit like a Lincoln, and the acceleration was like being in a race car. I really had to hold back on start up so as not to spin the front wheels.

The best compact SUV ever.
I believe this is the greatest car I ever have acquired. The CarPlay support is by far the greatest and the controls in the steering wheel make safety so easy. This comes in the base model. I did not take that but instead got the mid level tier. With that I also get Bluetooth and heated seats. With remote keyless entry, you never need to take the keys out of the pocket. The instrument cluster is also a huge help in diagnosing car menus. There are some drawbacks to it, as it eats gas as candy. Its hard to not fuel up 2 times a week with light driving. It also has little to nothing in terms of trunk space. You almost don't want to volunteer moving items in and out of the car that are larger than a hamper. The pickup could be better too. It often times feels like a sedan has better jump to it at a red light. Apart from that, the car handles nicely with changing lanes or making sharp turns. The storage though is difficult even for a larger cabin than what you'd see in a sedan.
